successfully, you will receive a credit
note for the old core. If your customer’s Order
old turbocharger can not be processed,
we will levy a surcharge on the REMAN
Turbocharger.
So it is worth removing the used
turbocharger carefully and sending
it back to BorgWarner.
ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
BorgWarner will only accept and
credit surcharges against returned
old cores from OE turbocharger
manufacturers. Please check our Invoice /
reman offers list for guidance as to Surcharge
what turbocharger part numbers we
will accept. If you have any doubt,
please contact BorgWarner for clarity.
Please be aware that BorgWarner will not
accept any turbo that has:
Been manufactured by a non-genuine OE turbo manufacturer.

For Turbochargers that have missing parts e. g. Bracket/Actuator,
but where the wheels are still intact and in good condition, BorgWarner
will offer partial acceptance of 50% credit of the surcharge value.
