private van, within the area. It is highly visible because of some landmarks located near the site.

The site area is phased in accordance with the supply capacity of utilities such as power and water
supply coming from MERALCO and MAYNILAD that is being distributed to the following types of
residentials, commercials, and industrials.

4. Zoning and Land Use (30 points)

The area is classified under Institutional because it is bounded by structural composition of the
institutional that is made up of national and municipal government offices, health institutions, private
and public schools and churches which is located within the different barangays in the municipality.
