2. Other suggestions on how TSEM may be improved in terms of the following:

A. Adding another criterion that could be useful in your town or city.

Since TSEM already indicates all potential criteria or requirements for evaluating a town
or city, there is nothing more to be added to the criterion

B. Removing any criterion that is not relevant in your town or city.

It is relevant, but there is nothing to change about the TSEM criteria as they offer a useful
and pertinent set of criteria that helps cities and towns grow and progress.

C. Adjusting the weights given per criterion.

Given precise weights, there is nothing to change; rather, the city should improve in
order to fulfill TSEM criteria.

3. Cite your own ideas base on your own understanding.

1.   What is full site- assessment? What are the guidelines or step by step guide in
conducting a full site assessment?

The full site assessment is the logical next step after the preliminary assessment has
produced an initial positive evaluation of the area under study for tourism development.
The guidelines in conducting a full site assessment are the following: uniqueness and
natural beauty, historical or cultural value, accessibility, availability and quality of on-
site facilities, ownership of the property and lastly the quality of surroundings.

There are many legal factors to take into account when planning and developing the
tourism industry, so it is essential to assess the situation thoroughly before taking any
action in order to understand the problems and weigh the potential effects of developing
a site.

3. Why there is a need for consultations with the local stakeholders?
Because consultancy attempts to create connections based on trust and mutual benefit. A
business's entire operations can be shaped and improved by paying attention to and
comprehending the opinions and feedback of local stakeholders. And also having an
effective stakeholder communication helps an organization understand those who will be
impacted by the project, how they will access and interpret information from the
organization, and allows the organization to understand the project's objectives and finer
points.
