LOAD (TE) METER IS NOT RESPONDING

1. CHECK FOR PCS KNOCKED OUT


 Recover PCS as per the message displayed in EM2000
2. CHECK FOR GOVERNOR AMPHENOL PLUG TIGHTNESS
 Tighten the Amphenol plug.
3. CHECK FOR ENGINE RUN SWITCH POSITION
 Switch on the engine run switch (it should be up)
4. CHECK FOR THROTTLE POSITION IN EM2000 DIPLAY
 If the throttle position in display is not in actual throttle position, change the
control stand and work further
5. CHECK FOR COUPLERS 543A,B,C TIGHTNESS
 Tightness of the couplers in short hood control stand
6. CHECK FOR DIO CARD FAILURE
 If there is no indication in EM2000 display, swap DIO cards 1&3, 2&3.
 If the problem rectified work further.
7. CHECK FOR LOCKED AXLE MESSAGE
 Ensure free movement of that particular axle physically.
 If the wheel is rotating freely disable the speed sensor through EM2000 and
work further
8. CHECK FOR NO COMPANION ALTERNATOR OUTPUT MESSAGE
 Check the message “NO COMPANION ALTERNATOR OUTPUT-NO
AUXILIARY GENERATOR OUTPUT ”
 Check AG drive shaft is intact
 If shaft is broken, inform to power control of concern shed.
9. CHECK FOR AG FIELD/FEEDBACK BREAKER TRIPPING
 If tripped then RESET and work further
10. CHECK FOR AG FIELD CIRCUIT BREAKER TRIPPING IN ECC2
 If Auxiliary Generator circuit in ECC2 tripped, RESET and work further.
11. CHECK FOR POSITION OF ISOLATION SWITCH
 Keep isolation switch in RUN position
12. CHECK FOR POSITION OF GF BREAKER
 Put in on position (UP)
13. CHECK FOR CREW MESSAGE
 Act according to crew message
14. CHECK FOR REVERSER INPUT IN DATA METER
 Check for reverser input in power data in data meter
 This will be shown “PROP” in “”OP MODE
