Alfredo Litaoen and Rosendo Calabson executed a deed of sale on July 12, 2011 for a motor vehicle. However, the full consideration was not received by Alfredo. KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ALFREDO LITAOEN, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and a resident of


No.91A Pidawan Loakan Road, Baguio City, the VENDOR in that certain DEED OF
SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE, executed in favor to ROSENDO P. CALABSON, of legal
age, married, Filipino citizen and a resident of Prk 8, Bakakeng Norte, Baguio City,
on July 12, 2011 and was duly docketed in the Notarial Registry of Roland Rillera
Salazar as Doc. No. 289; Page 58; Book 106 Series of 2011; having not received
the full consideration stated in the said Deed of Sale, does hereby CANCEL forever
the said DEED of SALE.

I, ROSENDO P. CALABSON, hereby noted that the DEED OF SALE OF


MOTORVEHICLE executed in my favor is hereby cancelled for lack of consideration
and without meeting of the minds between me and Alfredo Litaoen.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this ____ day of
September 2011 at Baguio City, Philippines.
