PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT OF HOTLINE 8888
OPERATIONS CUM LEARNING EVENT ON STRESS
MANAGEMENT ON SEPT. 05-07, 2019

In the interest of service and in connection with the learning and development plan of
the Bureau, the following EMB 8 Personnel are hereby authorized to attend the “Capability
Building Seminar-Workshop on Performance Assessment of Hotline 8888 Operations Cum
Learning Event On Stress Management” on Sept. 05-07, 2019, at Hotel Lucky China Town,
Binondo, Manila, to wit:

4. PRIMA B. GAYAS-AMABLE
5. CYRIL ANN B. BADEO

Expenses to be incurred during the attendance to the said activity shall be charged to
EMB R8 Funds subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

This Order shall take effect on the dates specified and shall be automatically revoked
after the attendance to the said activity.
