FIVE STEP DAILY EXAMEN
1. Become aware of God’s presence.

4. Choose one feature of the day and pry from it.

1. Become Aware of God’s presence
I become aware in of God’s presence in the moment of silence because silence in the best
preparation to fell the presence of God.
2. Review the day with gratitude.
I thank God for his love and grace for me because he gave me a family that is supportive and they never
leave me alone in my problems and all of my straggles.
3. Pay attention to your emotions.
I pay attention to my emotions in the way of prayer and meditations when I begin to meditate, I spend a
couple of moments that I comfortable and I begin to close my eyes and think the negative and the positive
things that I do in the whole day.
4. Choose one feature of the day and pry from it.
When in think that I want to quit and having a low self – esteem I always remember why I here at the
seminary, that is have the vocation to fulfill what is God plan for me. I always pray for it to our lord
Jesus Christ that he gave me a knowledge and wisdom and hope that I can use in my ever day living.
5. Look toward tomorrow.
I look toward tomorrow in a smile. Because whenever I smile all my problem fade away and I never
lose hope in my life because I know that there will be a new beginning. I always remember that God is
always with my side and he never leave me alone in comes of my hesitation in life.
