SOP-HR-003: Probation Review
All employees are required to undergo a
probationary period of six months or one
year as per appointment letter wef DOJ
For below GM levels: After Completion of said period (above) a
prescribed format of probationary evaluation form shall be sent
by HRD to the HOD of the probationary employee for their inputs
and comments.
For GM and above levels: HRD shall sent a prescribed format of
feedback & assessment to the concern employee and then
employees must fill the format and sent it back to HRD within the
stipulated time. After receiving the filled form, HRD shall forward
the same to the concern HRD for their inputs and comments.
Post comments of HOD, the form shall need to sign off by Head HR with
her comments.

have any scope for improvement

After getting the final copy of probation Review form with recommendations of HOD and
Head HR Comments, HRD shall make and share the letter accordingly.
