The input of the Procurement/ Contract Management Specialist has been changed from full
time to part time in order to deliver the deliveries as envisioned in the Scope of Work (Appendix
A).
2. The input of the Performance Evaluation/ Monitoring has been changed from full time to part
time in order to deliver the deliveries as envisioned in the Scope of Work (Appendix A).
3. The total allotted man months (165MM) of individual CSEs has been changed from the contract
agreement owing the project contract duration of each CSE. Two additional CSEs each with
18mm and four man month for Network planner has been allotted from the remaining man
months of CSEs.
4. The total man month of Network Planner has been proposed for 8 man months owing the
gravity of TOR and site specific necessity.
5. The input of the Sewerage Network Modeler has been changed from full time to part time in
order to deliver the deliveries as envisioned in the Scope of Work (Appendix A).
6. A new position of Non key expert, Wastewater Engineer with 25 man months has been
proposed in place of Civil Engineer-1 (4 man months). The wastewater engineer will support and
facilitate on the design and supervision of on-going contracts and upcoming design of Dhobighat
3rd phase, Kodku 2nd phase and DEWATs. The man months has been arranged from junior
engineer (40 man months) and the Civil Engineer (5 man months).
7. The input of the Architect/ Landscape Specialist has been changed from full time to part time in
order to deliver the deliveries as envisioned in the Scope of Work (Appendix A).
8. The man months of Junior Engineer has been revised considering the completion date of on-
going contracts and the upcoming contracts. The total man months for junior engineer have
been revised from 300 to 225. This leads in total of 11 Junior Engineer and the remaining man
months has been allotted for Wastewater Engineer, Environment and OHS Associate, Assistant
QAQC and Supervisors.
9. An Environment and OHS associate has been proposed to facilitate the environmental and OHS
status of on-going and upcoming contracts. This position has been felt necessary considering the
part time input of Environment expert. The total man month allotted is 25 man months.
10. An assistant QAQC has been proposed since there are already 6 on-going contracts and 2
upcoming contracts. Assistant QAQC is necessary to facilitate the QAQC specialist and material
Engineer considering the volume of works. The total man month allotted is 30 man months.
11. Additionally, two supervisors have been proposed to support the supervision task of interceptor
construction. The total man month allotted is 30 man months.
