Duas for Students

O Allah, I ask You for knowledge that is of benefit, a good provision, and deeds that
will be accepted. (Recite in Arabic after the Fajr prayer).

ً‫ع َمال‬ َ ً ‫ َو ِر ْزقا‬،ً‫اللَّ ُه َّم ِإنِي أ َ ْسأَلُ َك ِع ْلما ً نَافِعا‬


َ ‫ َو‬،ً‫ط ِيبا‬
ً‫ُمتَقَبَّال‬
Allaahumma 'innee 'as'aluka 'ilman naafi'an, wa rizqan tayyiban, wa 'amalan mutaqabbalan.

''O my Lord ! increase me in knowledge''

‫ب ِزدنى ِعل ًما‬


ِ ‫َر‬
Rabbi zidnii ilma
Surah Ta-Ha ,verse 114

O my Lord ! open my chest for me and


make my task easy for me and
make loose the knot from my tongue
so that they understand my speech.

‫ب‬
ِ ‫اشرح َر‬ َ ﴿٢٥﴾ ‫﴿ أَمرى لى َويَسِر‬٢٦﴾ ‫عقدَة ً َواحلُل‬
َ ‫صدرى لى‬ ُ ‫﴿ ِلسانى ِمن‬٢٧﴾ ‫قَولى يَفقَهوا‬

Rabbish rahli sadri wa yassir lee amri


wahlul ukdatan min li saani yafkahu qawli

SURAH TA-HA ,VERSE 25-28


THIS IS THE SUPPLICATION OF Prophet MUSA (peace be upon him)

Read this dua during your studies and before attempting ur paper ,it makes all the tasks
easier
Allaahumma laa sahla 'illaa maal ja'altahu sahlan wa 'Anta taj'alul-hazna 'ithaa shi'ta
sahlan.
O Allah, there is no ease other than what You make easy. If You please You ease
sorrow

َ ‫ َوأ َ ْن‬،ً‫سهـال‬
‫ت‬ َ ُ‫سـ ْه َل ِإال ما َجعَلـتَه‬ َ ‫الل ُهـ َّم ال‬
ً‫سهـْال‬
َ ‫ت‬َ ْ‫ت َ ْجـعَ ُل ْال َحـزَ َن ِإذا ِشـئ‬

Read: YA HAKEEMOO as much as u can

Read: ya aleemo allimni ya khabeero akhbirni

Read: iyyaka na`budu wa iyyaka nasta`een (to ask for Allah`s help)

hasboo nallahu wa ni’mal wakeel ni’mal maula wa ni’man naseer

(a very good dua for relying on Allah and asking for His help )

also read YA HAYYU, YA QAYYUMOO, BI RAHMATIKA ASTAGHEESU

''O Ever Living, O Sustainer, by Your mercy I seek help''


at-tirmidhi

read this 7 times in the morning and evening


hasbi yallaho la ilaaha illa huwa alayihi tawakkaltu wa huwa rabbul arshil
aDHeem

''Allaah is Sufficient for me, none has the right to be worshipped except Him,
upon Him I rely and He is Lord of the exalted throne.''
Ibn as Sunni (no.71), Abu Dawood 4/321
rabbi innii limaa anzalta ilayya min khairin faqeer

'' O my Lord! Truly I am in need of whatever good You Bestow on me.''


(Surah al Qasas v: 24)

This dua was made by Hazrat Musa(A.S) Allah [subhanahu wa taála] blessed him
with everything that he needed when he made his dua

read this dua

Laa ilaaha illaa anta subhanaka innii kuntu minazzalimeen

There is no god but You, glory to You, verily I was one of the wrongdoers''

Recite this dua on the day of your exam before leaving your house in the morning (try
to recite it every day)

bismillahi tawakkaltu alallahi la haula wala quwwata illa billah

(In the name of Allaah, I put my trust in Allaah, there is no power


and no strength except with Allaah)

it will be said to him: You are taken care of and you are protected, and the Shaytaan will keep away
from him.” Narrated by Abu Dawood ,at tirmidhi
