RESOLUTION REQUESTING DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL


RESOURCES TO ALLOW THE CUTTING OF TREES AT LUIS MIRASOL
MEMORIAL SCHOOL FOR CONTRUCTION OF NEW BUILDING.

WHEREAS, the area will be used to construct a 2 story Building

WHEREAS, the log will be utilized for installation of built-in cabinet (hang) for the
safety of School records on each Classrooms of School.
WHEREAS, the logs will be utilized for furniture’s and fixtures because the area is
prone to flood.

WHEREAS, the building will also be used a evacuation center of the Barangay.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Edna Lihao Chairman on Committee on


Education and duly seconded by Hon. Pauline Jean Dadison.

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That the above –quoted resolution is


hereby passed and approved as basis and requirement for the cutting of trees.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of the resolution to the Office of Department


of the Interior and local Government (DILG), Office of the Barangay Secretariat,
Department of Environment and Natural Resources and all other concerned offices As it
may deemed necessary for their information and guidance.
