Reaction Paper on Caimito and Banana Ice Cream

How it feels when summer? Today’s summer temperature is really high. Many

people find ways on how they make way on how they can beat the heat of summer. Many

people love to be on a swimming and many wants to be in a cold place. And of course,

some loves Ice Cream. Ice cream tastes so sweet and it is really cold. That is why even

it is quite expensive, people spend money for it.

The main ingredients of the Ice cream that is presented by the reporters are

Caimito and Banana. Caimito is also called as Star Apple. This fruit is typically measures

from 2 to 3 inches in diameter having a globous structure. When cut in half, a star like

resemblance is seen inside the fruit. The pulp is sweet and very juicy in nature and can

be made into sweet desserts like ice cream. The major nutrients that can be found in a

Caimito is Carbohydrates, Vitamin C, Vitamin B3, Iron and Dietary Fiber. Caimito is good

in Digestive Health and lose weight. It also controls Diabetes and good Antioxidant.

Caimito is good for the bones and prevent Iron Deficiency Anemia. It can also be a

medicinal drug. Just like Caimito, also Banana has a healthy benefit. Among the fruit

crops Banana is said to be the most important food crops in the World. Bananas are

healthy source of fiber, potassium, Vitamin C, and various antioxidants and

phytonutrients. One medium-sized banana contains about 105 calories, most of which

come from carbs. These may contribute to improved heart and digestive health when

consumed regularly as part of a healthy lifestyle.


We had a discussion about on how to make homemade ice cream at home. And

we are really lucky because somehow we know how to make our own ice cream. They

demonstrate the procedure on how to make Caimito and Banana ice cream. We learned

the right materials, and ingredients that we need. And the outcome was really good and

tasty. The texture was fine and the color was really attractive.

In some cases, this can be also use for business purposes. We can sell homemade

Organic Ice cream with different kinds of fruits and flavors. This will really attract people

to buy because of the intense heat of the sun.

And even at home, this will be a big help for our expenses because we can just

make our own ice cream to lessen the expenses.
