I.TITLE OF THE CONCEPT PAPER
Wastes build up clogges Drainage System
II.INTRODUCTION
What is drainage? " Drainage is the natural or artificial removal of
a surface's water and sub-surface water from an area with excess of
water and remove surplus water or liquid waste; a system of drains. " a
word defined by Google. In every community needs a good and
functional drainage system because it can give a lot of benefits in
community and also for the citizens of its self.Drainage system is one of
the leading issue in every community including Barangay EPZA Pulung
Cacutud. We know that water is essential to life, for both plants and all
living creatures; however, it can be very invasive when it flows.Our
Barangay experiences drainage issues, water can be a nuisance and
actually cause a great deal of damage. Different drainage problems,
including puddling and pooling that can destroy lane and turn a road
into a swamp and it can also cause disease to the citizen of our
Barangay. It creates moisture and mold problems and can damage road
foundations; drainage is a serious concern when there is a problem. Our
drainage systems in our Barangay must be improved and recover before
will end up dealing with worsening problems as time goes on.
III.STATEMENT OF THE PURPOSE
Since drainage is a very serious concern in our community,
all of us must know what to do. It is important that each one of
us can help solve the drainage issue by giving a full support to
our Barangay council. In that way, citizens in our Barangay can
not experience some diseases that may cause into a comma and
may lead us to death. Also, people in a various community
should have an idea about drainage may cause into our everyday
life. Whenever there is a flood , people in our community are
the one who suffer the most. It is because of the ovder floated
waters that are being stocked on canals. That is why we need to
know, build, and do something for the issue.

VII.DESCRIPTION OF THE CONCEPT PAPER
This concept paper aims to show us what is the problem
and how to solve it. In every community, they have what they
called drainage, where the water flow. Drainage is helpful and
very functional. Drainage avoid flooding and other damage, but
if the drainage is clogged it might cause or be the reason of
flood. The problem here is the Drainage system that is clogged
due to trash . It is also affect the health of the citezen in the
community or barangay because of the sinky and dirty water that
stock in the drainage.
The citizen in the barangay or community is worried of the
clogged drainage because it affects their health. That is why we
made this concept paper because we want to resolve the problem
of the community. Resolving the problem of clogged drainage
system need much effort and time. It will be solved if the citezen
of the barangay will make effort or do things to resolve their
problem. Not just the citezen but also the Barangay Captain and
Kagawad, because they are also reponsible for the problem of
their community.
It will not result of clogged and stinky drainage if it is used
well and clean well. Sometimes, the reason of our problem is
our self, or the people. People are the one who are responsible
for their own drainage, they should be the one who must clean it
and take care of it. Also, the trash that are not properly disposed.
The trash are also the caused of clogged drainage or floated
water in the drainage. If the trash are disposed properly and not
in the drainage, it will not caused the drainage to be full.
VIII.METHODOLOGY
1. Make a concept paper
2. Distribute the letter to the person that have ability to
support this project
3. Find workers
4. Study the area
5. Collect money from stake holders
6. Buy some tools or equipment that they need to fix the
drainage
7. Discuss what this project all about
8. Encourage the citizens of Barangay Pulung Cacutud to give
support and patronize this project

XI.CONCLUSION
In conclusion, when the drainage in community is clean and in
good condition, we can get a lot of benefits to its and it can make our
society look clean and fresh.The main purpose of this project is to
recondition the drainage.Wherein we will eliminate abd remove the
materials that can cause hindrance of flow of water.Damage drainage
can give to the citizens of Barangay Pulung Cacutud different disease
because of the dirty water and bad odor.We must also clean the
drainage.Remove toxic material and desease organisms for the seek of
the citizens of our barangay.We will make a new one and unstained
drainage system in our barangay.
This project aim to give the citizens of our barangay clean and
functional drainage.But in our case, one of the problem in our
community is the damage drainage and over flowing of water in
drainage.Some of the drainage in our barangay need to renovate and
clean.Drainage system of our barangay need to give concern because if
we do not do that it become useless and become big problem of us in
future.The leading or the mose easier and effective thing we can do is to
immaculate and remove the toxic material that can cause hindrance to
the good flow of water in drainage system.We can solve this problem
when we give action and our full support to this project.Everyone should
patronize this project because everyone can get benefits to its when it is
successfully done.
