MOTION TO WITHDRAW APPEARANCE AS COUNSEL FOR THE


ACCUSED

The undersigned counsel, to this Honorable Court most respectfully


moves to withdraw as counsel for _________, and avers that:

1) Accused intimated to the undersigned counsel he desires to


seek the services of another lawyer. The letter to that effect dated October
5, 2018 is herein attached as Annex 1; and

2) The undersigned counsel respects the decision of the accused,


thus, moves to withdraw as counsel for him.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, foregoing premises considered, it is most respectfully


prayed of this Honorable Court that an Order be issued allowing the
withdrawal of the services of the undersigned counsel.

Such other relief just and equitable under the premises is likewise
prayed for.
