AFFIDAVIT OF ACCEPTANCE

We, SPS. REYNALDO R. DAYAO and ELLEN B. DAYAO, both of


legal age, Filipinos and with residence and postal address at 551 M Santos
St. Brgy. 25 Pasay City, being first duly sworn in accordance with law,
depose and state that:

1. We are the transferees of a parcel of land covered by Katibayan


ng Orihinal na Titulo Blg. P-25175 containing an area of NINE
THOUSAND TWENTY THREE (9,023) square meters, more or
less, situated at Brgy. Salaza, Palauig, Zambales;

2. That the said parcel of land has no pending case before the
Department of Agrarian Reform Adjudication Board and/or any
other court;

3. That the transferor thereof is no longer interested to till the land


and unable to perform the duties and obligations for the above-
mentioned land;

4. We hereby accept the said transfer unequivocally and without


condition and we are willing to perform all the duties and
responsibilities and agricultural tenets as provided by pertinent
tenancy laws on the above mentioned parcel of land; and

5. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity


of the foregoing facts and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
