Respected Sir,

With due regards, it is stated that I am working as Assistant Professor in this esteemed
Institute since 01/02/2018. I have received PhD certificated on 15th convocation of NIT Durgapur on
7/9/2019. Along with this, I have more than 12 years teaching experience in Electronics and
communication engineering department. I have always worked hard on every research work and I
would like to move ahead in my career .Therefore, I want to request for upgrade my current
designation and pay scale. I assure that I will play my responsibilities with culpability and dignity. I
believe that I deserve. Hope you will consider my appeal. I shall remain obliged.
