1. Lahat ng talaan ng bata ay kinakailangang nakatago sa isang


ligtas na lugar.

2. Ang mga magulang/ tagapangalaga lamang ang maaring


tumingin sa talaan ng kanilang anak.

3. Ang talaan ng mga bata ay hindi maating ilabas o iuwi.

4. Kung kainangang iuwi o kuhanin ang talaan ng bata ito ay


dapat humingi ng permiso sa Municipal Social Welfare and
Development Care.

 Magkaroon ng pinaka mabuting pangangalaga sa kalusugan


at malinis na kapaligiran.

 Magkaroon ng mahusay at dekalidad na edukasyon.

 Pagkakaroon ng pantay- pantay na karapatan.

 Magpahayag ng Malaya at mapakinggan ang kanyang iniisi,


mabigyang pansin ang kanyang opinion at kakayahan.

 Bawat batang may kapansanan ay may karapatang mabigyan


ng natatanging pangangalaga upang matulungan silang
magkaroon ng buhay na may dignidad.
