BOARD RESOLUTION

At the Assembly meeting of the General Parents Teachers Association (Gen. PTA) of Bancal
Elementary School, Bancal, Guagua, Pampanga on June 28, 2019 at 3 o’clock in the afternoon,
the resolution was proposed and approved.

WHEREAS: Increasing the funding for General PTA contributions (VAC) of Bancal Elementary
School, from Php. 50.00 to Php. 100.00.

WHEREAS: One of the issues brought forth at the General PTA Assembly meeting, were
concern with:

= school’s problems/needs

= operations of pupils’ activities.

“RESOLVED, this 28th day of June, 2019, that to increase said School’s General PTA
contributions, from Php. 50,00 to Php. 100.00, for school’s assistance and students’ activities,
is hereby approved as discussed during the Board meeting.”

“RESOLVED, that said resolution as testified by the signatories below”
