WE, Heirs of XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX namely:

Filipinos, of legal ages, and residents of Dampas, Tagbilaran
City, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance
with law, do hereby depose and say:

1. That we are the direct and compulsory heirs of the late


XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX (our Mother) who died a long
time ago, AND YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY (our
Grandmother)who also died along time ago;

2. That during her lifetime, she co-owned an undivided share


together with her sisters, and Mother, a parcel of land
situated at Mansasa, Tagbilaran City, Bohol described as Lot
No. 14311 and covered under OCT No. (231AAAAABBBB);

3. That all the named respective heirs have already


deceased, and that the direct and compulsory heirs by
operation of the law owns 1/3 undivided share from the
estate of XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX;

4. That We do not have any interest over the said share of


our mother, and likewise, WAIVE, RENOUNCE, QUITCLAIM AND
RELINQUISH whatever rights, interest and participation over
the said undivided share in favour to our aunt and her
heirs, MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM, who is also deceased many years
ago;

5. That the execution of this document is in our full


volition knowing the necessary consequences of our acts and to
attest to the facts of the foregoing;
