KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ANA SUICO TUAZON, of legal age, married and a resident of 1552 E 172 St.,
APT 2fF, Bronx, New York 10472, USA, do hereby name, constitute and appoint and by
these presents do name, constitute and appoint, LEO R. SUICO, of legal age, married
and a resident of Burgos St., Centro, Mandaue City, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-
fact:

1. To file and institute any and all appropriate suit/s in any


court against Reinerio Augusto Real, Spouses Josever
and Marietta Sumaylo and/or any responsible person…
for annulment of deeds, injunction and TRO, of that
property involving Lot 1, Psu-07-05-005117, containing an
area of 270 sq.m., situated in the Barangay
Poblacion,Mandaue City, Cebu;
2. To execute, sign my name or in my behalf, in the
verification portion of the complaint/s, petition, answer; to
exercise the duties and responsibilities under the Rules on
Pre Trial; to appear on my behalf for pre-trial, trial and
mediation;
3. To enter into compromise, sign documents, stipulate facts,
make admissions, discharge obligations and to do and
perform all powers and duties related to the foregoing
including Barangay level Mediation;

HEREBY GIVING and GRANTING unto our said attorney full powers and authority
to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing
authority, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally
present, with full power of substitution and revocation and hereby ratifying and confirming
all that my said attorney or their substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue
hereof.
