I, ANGELI JOYCE B. REGLA., married to DENNIS CARLO I. REGLA both of legal age,
Filipino and with address at SSS Housing, North Fairview, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law hereby depose and say:

That I am the owner of right over a parcel of land situated at Blk 14 Lot 7 Phase 2 Sannera, Brgy.
San Antonio II, San Pablo City, Laguna, with an area of FIFTY THREE (53) SQUARE METERS
with Transfer Certificate Title No. _____________ and more particularly described as follows:

II SAN PABLO , LAGUNA, LUZON, BOUNDED ON THE SW, ALONG LINE 1-2
by LOT 8, BLOCK 14 , PCS-04-031995, along line 2-3 NW,,by ROAD LOT 2 ,
PCS -04-031995, along line 3-4 SE ., by LOT 6, BLOCK 14, PCS -03-031995,
along line 4-1 SE., by LOT 12, BLOCK 14, PCS -04-031995,. Beginning ,
containing an area of FIFTY THREE (53) SQUARE METERS more or less.

That I am no longer interested to the above-described property and having been transferred my
rights and obligations to the other person;

That as such, I am waiving all my rights, interest and participation over the same in favor of
ABIGAIL F. PEPITO, single, of legal age, and with residence at Mapalad, Arayat, Pampanga.

That ABIGAIL F. PEPITO is willing to assume all interests and obligations arising out of the
above-described property with the HOME DEVELOPMENT MUTUAL FUND (PAG-IBIG
FUND) and other government agencies.
