We agreed to make changes both in font and to shorten it
We agreed to control this via CMS from Super Admin Panel

“Go with TripOn.ng for:” Section


We agreed that the fonts/sizes were too large
We agreed there were wasted spaces that needed to be eliminated

“Checkboxes on Search Page:”


Fonts/sizes need to be corrected/reduced. I have attached below a screenshot comparing font
sizes on TripOn with with font sizes on some other website

Difference in sizes of checkboxes is clear


Transforming Bus Travel is unusually large as you can clearly see.
17. Register & Login Pages

The 2 pages of the Register/Login should be like the front & back pages of a sheet of paper. Yes, “Login”
has 2 pages too (user, Operator), and Register also has 2 pages too (user, Operator).
Click “Register” and the “User” tab shows up like this:

Click the blue button for Login, and a similar box for login appears. The content remains same.

On this page – my profile default page, there should be a link that redirects me to Homepage
to continue shopping for bus trips. Currently the only option available is to click on the back
arrow (<-)

The table on right (results table) seems to overlap or sit on top of the “Filter By”.

You can replace the “Ticket Type” column with the individual fare for each ticket.
Each of these get summed up on the right-hand side table, as you are already doing.
24. Customer/Passenger Page: “Age” field

Up until this point, I have not logged-in.


Users who do not have an account are given an opportunity to register. In same
manner, users should be prompted to login in order to proceed with purchase/payment.

I click “Proceed to Payment” and it recognizes that I have a registered account. It should
allow me login here and let me continue from here. There should be an option to login and
continue from here. But there is not.

“Age”: shows only one digit number, but I entered 2. E.g. 33 shows 3, 21 shows 2. Please
fix.
25. Payment Page Separate Ticket Price of ₦3000.00 and no result shows Up

There seems to be a limit on what the price of ticket can be. With a ticket priced at ₦3000,00 the
result page is blank. Change it back to under ₦1000, the result page is populated again.

26. Click on “View” shown above & the following Seat Selection page pops up:

As user selects each seat, a line item is created for each passenger information (you have
done this correctly so far).

27. Select “Book your trip” and you are taken to “Booking Summary” page as below:

**Click on “Proceed to Payment” and certain checks are done


--if user is already logged-in, user is taken to payment page
--if user is not logged in, a login page pops up, requesting user to login or register first.
As soon as user logs in, user is returned to this point.
If user is not registered in TripOn, user is prompted to register.
As soon as user is registered and verified, user is prompted to login and returned to this point.

29. Result Page: Cancel Policy

Hover around/over “Cancel Policy” and the Cancellation Policy should pop-up as shown below.

As you can see the cut-off time (exact) that specific deduction takes effect is calculated.
30. Continue Shopping

On this page – my profile default page, there should be a link that redirects me to Homepage
to continue shopping for bus trips. Currently the only option available is to click on the back
arrow (<-)

31. Air Flight or Road Trip

Signs are indication of air flight instead of a road trip. Please change.
