Boundary Wall Precast & Panels

 All joints/gaps of Precast Boundary Wall panels must be filled with approved materials/Sealant.
 All MEP works to be completed and released before painting works start.
 Accessories like backing rods and selant works to be provided in correct locations.
 Installed all Precast Bounary wall panels must be aligned, plumbed and leveled.
 Installed Boundary wall panels for grouting works to follow as per approved MAR/Specifications.
 Trakhees approval must be required for all Precast Boundary wall panels.
 Damaged corners/cracks in Precast Boundary wall panels.
 Cleaning and Housekeeping to be rectified.
