As it is my initial year in this organization, I rank my performance as Good and hope to deliver excellent performance in coming years.

What were some of the constraints you felt while working during the last year? What support would you need from the organization to do an even better job?

Delays in offer on the part of vendors. Organization need to focus on vendor management so that dependability will not be restricted.

What additional responsibilities will you want to take for your professional growth?

Want to work in tendering, Cable design and UG cable work project.

Where do you see yourself in the next five years, which position, doing what? What is your plan to achieve this?

I would like to move up with this organization to the next career path depending upon the opportunities provided within the organization.
On the basis of planning first and foremost I want to contribute as much as I can to the organization and once mastered I want to see myself in supervisory on management role.
