Dorn Method Advanced Training

Dorn Method Advanced Training Course Outline

Note: Sample Outline of an advanced Seminar conducted by Thomas Zudrell, other Instructors may have different topics!

Recommended Hours (Course Duration): 16 to 18 hrs (2 days)

Administration

Introduction

Academical Part: (Spread over 2 Days)

 Explanation of the Dorn Method incl. History, legal considerations, international developments, Variations and
Advancements in Germany.
 Review of the necessary basic anatomy and physiology with new aspects.
 Connections to TCM and Meridian Science
 New facts and theories in Pain Science (Myo-Neuro-Structural-Rebalancing)
 Connections to Non-Physical Healing Theories
 Treatment of Children and Infants
 Treatment of Animals (Pets and lager animals)
 Products developed to help the Therapist
 Additional Exercises incl. Advices on Sitting, Sleeping, Stretching, Training, Posture etc.

Practical Part: (Spread over 2 Days)

 Review of the complete Dorn-Therapy in Segments with Demonstration and Hands-on treatment of the
students sharing roles. (Following original and new advanced and special techniques developed by different
Dorn Method Teachers and based on applied Anatomy and Physiology)

 The Dorn Therapy Part applied as Self Help Method as Founder Dieter Dorn and International Dorn Method
Instructor Thomas Zudrell is proposing the Method, i.e. a neutral and mostly passive application of the
techniques for Demonstration purpose and special cases.

 Complete Treatment under supervision, (´real´ patient simulation)

 Review of the critical points: Cervical Spine, Sacrum and others

 Self Help Exercises

 The Breuss Massage (Review and Variations) (optional, time permitting)
