 IBPS-AFO Exam is a exam conducted by Institute of Banking Personnel
Selection
 Aim-selection of personnel as ‘Specialist Officers’ (Agriculture) posts in
banks.
 Selection procedure :
o 3 steps
 Prelim exam - just qualifying nature (online computerized exam)
 Mains exam (Professional Knowledge ) – Selection nature
(online computerized exam)
 Interview - Selection nature Face to face at different location)
 An online computerized exam
o Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
o Negative marking (0.25 mark on every wrong answer)

2. Prelim exam is only qualifying to mains exam. Its marks will NOT
added in final selection.
3. Final selections is based on total marks scored in Mains
(Professional Knowledge ) Exam and Interview and Interview
with weightage of 80:20 ratio.
4. No General Knowledge section in IBPS AFO Prelim Exam.
