2. Rules and regulation of the school/classroom
3. NSO Birth certificates
4. K to 12 Grading System
5. PTA project
Proceedings:

1. The meeting was called to order at 8:30 am by the class adviser of 6-C, Mrs. Sally C.
Laurente. Out of 20 expected attendees, only 17 guardians/parents were present.
2. The following were the elected HRPTA Officers
President: Nenita Ariate
Vice President: Letty Marzan
Secretary: Remy Marzan
Treasurer: Delia Marzan
Auditor: Beth Tabuyo
Bus. Manager: Elsa Aguilar
Marites Yago
P.I.O.: Florida Azurin
2. The rules and regulations of the school were thoroughly discussed.
 Wearing of school uniforms every Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays.
 Attendance are strictly monitored. Absenteeism is discourage.
 Child’s discipline is a must. Any form of bullying will be sanctioned.
3. Mrs. Laurente reminded the parents to give a photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate because it is
a necessary document.
4. For the information of everybody, Mrs. Laurente presented the K to 12 Grading System.
 Knowledge - 15%
 Process/Skills - 25%
 Understanding - 30%
 Product/Performance - 30%
5. The body agreed that the PTA project for School Year 2018-2019 are two stand
fans. A contribution of Php 100 each for every pupil was agreed upon to be used to purchase
the two stand fans.
6. The meeting was adjourned at exactly 10:00AM.
