COMMENT TO PRE-TRIAL ORDER


DATED OCTOBER 15, 2019

The defendant, thru the undersigned counsel, respectfully


submits her comment to the Pre-Trial order dated October 15, 2019
and unto the Honorable Court respectfully avers that:

1. Defendant thru the undersigned counsel received a copy of the


aforementioned Pre-Trial Order on October 21, 2019;

2. In said order, defendant is given 10 days form receipt thereof


within which to file her comment;

3. The defendant thru the undersigned counsel respectfully


submits her comment as to the EXHIBITS OF THE DEFENDANT
specifically paragraph 6 in order to make the necessary
corrections to Exhibit “7” which pertains to Tax Declaration on
the improvements on Lot 414 with ARP No. GR-2014-HH-12-
002-00868;

4. The correct ARP No. of the aforementioned Tax Declaration


should be ARP No. GR-2014-HH-12-002-00869;

5. That this comment is not intended for delay or to prolong the


proceedings in this case but for reasons already stated above.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, the defendant through


counsel prays that the Pre-Trial Order dated October 15, 2019 be
amended to rectify the ARP No. of Tax Declaration of the
improvements on Lot 414 to be correctly identified as ARP No. GR-
2014-HH-12-002-00869.

Other reliefs just and equitable under the premises are also
prayed for.
