COMPLIANCE
THE PETITIONER, through undersigned counsel, respectfully
state the following:
1. That petitioner, through the law office of the undersigned
counsel, received a copy of the Honorable Courts Order dated
February 3, 2017 on February 21, 2017;
2. The aforesaid order required the petitioner to furnish the
Honorable Court with the complete last known address of his
absentee spouse Joanna Briones Caluza for purposes of service
of summons;
3. However, the petitioner only got to know the complete last
known address of his wife when he visited the said residence
last April 28, 2017 and only communicated the information to
the undersigned last Wednesday, May 3, 2017;
4. That the last known address of petitioners wife Joanna Briones
Caluza is at:
No. 21A Purok Sta. Rosa, Baraoas Sur, Naguilian, La Union;
5. That the petitioner through the undersigned counsel humbly
prays that the Honorable Court benevolently admits this
pleading as compliance with the Order dated February 3, 2017
despite being filed out of the five-day period from receipt of the
same provided by Honorable Court.
WHEREFORE, for premises already stated, the petitioner
respectfully prays that the aforesaid pleading be admitted by
Honorable Court.
