My Philosophy of Education as Secondary School Teacher
       I believe that...
every student is worthy of a great and right education no matter
                       their socio-economic status.
students are humans and not robots.
education bring positive changes in human life. It enhances the
knowledge, skill, and intelligence of a person and enables him to
                       lead a successful life.
every student is unique and learns in different ways and requires
varying amounts of time and support.
                   education carries nations hope.
education is all about being excited about something. Seeing
passion and enthusiasm helps push an educational message.
I believe that in such competitive world, it is a must for all to have a right and
quality education. It opens various doors to the opportunities of achieving better
prospects in life so promotes career growth. Better education is very necessary for all to
go ahead in the life and get success and these must be inhibit to every student by being a
symbol of learning, mentoring, assessing, my dedication and motivation of teaching all
throughout to every student.
I believe that my duties and responsibilities and being a teacher is best known for
the role of educating the students that are placed in their care and to highest amount
possible by:
making sure that the subject matter not only has to be relevant but it
also has to be stimulating to the students’ curiosity.
providing a classroom as a caring and supportive place with a sense
                      of belonging.
ensuring every student to be feel respected, valued and heard.
giving every student the support for learning by welcoming their
                      questions and encouraging exploration.
encouraging students to an active and practical learning and
making connections to real-world applications which make
                      learning interesting and relevant.
ensuring teaching and providing learning resources to help every
student progress at an appropriate pace.
promoting a student centered discussion to ensure every student
                      have an opportunity to participate.
increasing autonomy or the sense of independence to students
which enable them to be empower and have a voice in their
                      learning.
