Research Essay Outline Template-Theoretical Communism

George Orwell's novel Animal Farm is an allegory for communism. The rules of Animalism that the animals establish on the farm represent the fundamental ideals of communism. However, Orwell shows how those in power, like the pigs Napoleon and Snowball, start to distort the rules and principles of communism to their own benefit, establishing a tyrannical system rather than the equal society they had envisioned. In the end, the pigs cannot be distinguished from humans, demonstrating how communism is an ideal system that cannot succeed due to human flaws and the corruption of those in power.
