SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, SAMANTHA, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of City, do hereby appoint,
name and constitute KRISTINE, also of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of City, to be
my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact for me and in my name, place and stead:
1. To obtain the required documents and forms for the application to take
the Philippine Bar Examinations;
2. To obtain the TOR and the Diploma from the Office of the University
Registrar, University;
3. To sign any and all documents which has relation thereto or is necessarily
connected to the aforementioned authority; and
4. To perform all acts necessary for the accomplishment of the foregoing
authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the
foregoing authority, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if
personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that any of my said attorney-in-fact or his substitutes shall lawfully do or cause to
be done by virtue hereof.
