3. 10th class Certificate and Mark Sheet (Photocopy- one sets and Original for verification)
4. 10+2 or equivalent Certificate and Mark Sheet (Photocopy - one sets and Original for verification)
5. B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. Certificate and Mark sheet (Photocopy - one sets and Original for verification)
6. Candidates, who are unable to submit the Qualifying Degree Certificate, are required to provide Provisional
Certificate or a Course Completion Certificate duly signed by the Head of College/Department from the
concerned Institution.
7. Proof of Date of Birth.
8. Two recent Passport size colour photographs
9. Candidates who are employed are required to bring “No Objection Certificate/Sponsorship Certificate” from
their employer, or a relieving certificate from their employer in case they are currently employed, failing
which they will not be entertained.
10. SC/ST/OBC(Non-Creamy Layer)/GENERAL-EWS/Disability certificate as per the Govt. of Indian format
should have been issued by a Competent Authority. The OBC(NCL) and GENERAL-EWS certificate in the
prescribed format should be issued after 01.04.2018 by a Competent Authority (Wherever applicable and

/Stipend/ Financial Assistance (Annexure- X)
21. Blood Group Certificate
22. Receipt of online fee payment (those paid the fee through online)
23. Demand Drafts: (those who opt for payment through Demand Draft)
