Face recognition attendance system
3. Background to the Problem:
The face recognition attendance manager system that is being used in institutes is a limited web
app. As this is the era of technology, where smartphones and web have gained more popularity;
every person wants his required data on his handheld smartphone, anytime, and anywhere. The
existing inventory system is deficient of it. And attendance will be organized by using camera
and facial recognition technology.
4. Aims of the Project:
We live in rapidly changing time, especially for attendance. attendance had to adapt to
entirely new digital way and there will be less time consumption.
Our main goal is to develop a web and android based inventory control app that also will be
connected to the existing software. It’ll provide facility for the class professor as well as the
student, to access the required data anywhere, anytime. Adjusted by thee professor .
5. Project Scope:
The main objective of our inventory system is to facilitate the user with online attendance
control system.
Professor can access the data directly from android app/web app.
The data can be synced from previous software to the new online inventory system.
The professor can get graphical as well as textual reports.
It’ll provide customer relationship management.
Provides financial management system.
students can view and review the history pf themselves
student can give reasons to come late or leave.
Provides data backup and security.
6. Requirements:
Functional:
It should organize professors and students..
Track every student in the class.
Filter reports by date-range and category to see what's beneficial for students and
professors.
this will provide security to the registered ID's.
this will Show smallest distance between client and worker by using AI
By using this app the value of attendance registers will decreases.
this will facility to clients to submit feed back to professor and students .
it will detect face of students.

Non-Functional:
Web App/ Android App should be user-friendly.
Cloud based data storage should be able ensure the integrity, efficiency and
maintainability of data.
The system should be able to provide safety, security and privacy.
It should be available 24/7.
It should provide ease of use in different configurations or environments.
It should be able to be used by varying numbers of users or with varying amounts of
data.
