This Deed of Sale made and entered into by and between

RAQUEL G. BASCO, legal age with principal and postal address at Inanama, Llanera, Nueva
Ecija, hereinafter referred to as the VENDOR.

WITNESSETH, That:

WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the absolute owner of the following of the properties particularly

TYPE : ADVENTURE GLS MV FILE NO. : 1324-00000704292
COLOR : MIDNIGHT BLACK PLATE NO. : ZED-565

WHEREAS, the VENDEE has offered to buy the aforesaid PROPERTY and the VENDOR
accepted such offer.
NOW, THEREFORE, for in consideration of THREE HUNDRED FORTHY THOUSAND
PESOS (P340,000) Philippine currency, in hand paid to VENDOR, the VENDOR do hereby SELL,
TRANSFER, AND CONVEY, unto the VENDEE, its successors in interest, assigns, the above described
PROPERTY of which the VENDOR is true and absolute owner thereof free and clear of any all taxes,
liens, encumbrances and adverse claim of whatsoever kind and nature. All expenses in connection with this
contract such as expenses for notarization of documents, documentary stamps, etc, if any shall be for the
account of the VENDOR.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, THE PARTIES hereunto set their hands this _____ day of
