avers:

3. that the offense charged is subject to bail in the amount


deemed appropriate by the court;

4. that it is most respectfully prayed before this Honorable Court


that the bail for his provisional liberty be fixed;

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed


that the accused be admitted to bail in such amount as the Honorable
Court may fix.

Other reliefs just and equitable under the premises are likewise
prayed for.
