Abstract
The Research clearly draws the working of the Social Networking in the present case of the
Professional Circle, it discusses the different aspect of Social Networking as boon or curse to
the life of professional Individuals. Also the project speaks about the History and the
evolvement of different means of Social Networks in the life of Professional beings and the
steady impact and the time analysis work is also sharply discussed here with the best showed
examples of different writers. Also the same is stated with the most apt present scenario’s
example in order to state the right example for the Professional Circle’s reaction to the Social
Networking. Also the Social Networking isn’t criticized in so far rather is just more explicitly
explained and researched for the better outcome to come.

Social Networking is the virtual space created on the web to stay connected with the friends
and other social contacts and make some new social contacts who share a similar kind of
interests, though the use of Social Network was never limited to this particular point only, it
has been explored far way down with the Professionals using it to boom up their work
processes, The professional Circle refers to the group of individual looking for professional
opportunities, working together, colleagues, even the subordinates and superiors, this way the
same has taken a different image of being an useful tool in the professional Circle of the Normal
Human Being. With the development getting vast and vast the pace of communication has
increased so tremendously that it is not difficult or not even an excuse of delay in
communication because of the availability of fast Means of Social Networking. The Social
Networking has reduced the Title communication and also focused on pooling the opportunities
for the potential and interested candidates, moreover a platform where regularly or rather whole
time new ideas keep on exploring paves the way for the new industrialist, professionals,
entrepreneurs to keep working and Innovating new areas of there expertise, this way the best
of what is required is found out.
But the Social Networking doesn’t just ends here it carries the important aspect that is also a
hurdle in the race of development that is the health issues, disturbance and other necessary
distractions in the way of working of a Professional. In the professional circle the same social
network create conflicts when the sense of jealousy or negative competition comes seeing the
other person progressing or posting his achievements in Social Space, no privacy is left to the
Senior Professionals as everyone try and connect to the person and the barrier of the High cadre
is left out.
With this the Social Network just don’t even spoil what it has gained but sometimes impact
more than that, therefore the same needs to be taken care in the best possible Manner.

Objective of the Project
The present projects aims at gaining the knowledge as to what role the Social Network plays
in the life of professional people also the project then with the influence categorizes it as the
negative and positive impact on the professional circle. The major aim of the project is to brief
up the reader with Social Network and Professional Circle linkage, while it draws this
connection the readers also satisfies the aim of the learning how the same Social network i.e. a
boon becomes curse for the same set of professional Circle. The objective of the project is to
acquaint with the different forms of implication of social networking have on the individuals,
and the same also have the studies about the health issues a professional faces while
encountering or say working with this Social Networking Platforms. The Project is also
particular about the history of the Social Network and its derivation from objects like Bulletin
Boards etc. The project again has a clear aim of providing the information of the Social
platform presently used by the professional to deal their day to day problems and meet there
solutions on the daily basis. In this way the projects is the best example as to how things have
changed and impacting all the Professional work so prevalent in the modern world. The brief

Present Scenario of Social Networking influence on Profession Circle
The present state of the market wants a fully developed Individual working to the full of his
potential and analyzing different types of market risks. The Said Individual possess all the
qualities with the help of the Social Networking platform whether be it analyzing the market,
finding new ideas and exploring whole new set of work and ideas. The Social Platform has
taken the place of Arteries in the body of Modern Professional world. The Professional Circle
work with the proper machinery of Social Network in order to stay updated and work with the
present requirements, No doubt the E-businesses and E-commerce has gone so wide all thanks
to the social platform which has created the need for the same. The Social Networking is rather
treated as the essence in the Young minds of the country and with this approach they being the
future Professionals make it necessary for the work place to be acquainted with the set of this
Social Networking. Social Networking like Facebook apart from making people connected also
lets the user share information, Places like twitter have found to be most trusted kind of
resource where the person himself makes the tweet and a large amount of followers he has is
exposed to it. None of the above mentioned draws the discomfort in any of it. But not the
picture is that easy as it is sketched the picture of Social Networking in the present scenario
has some dark colors too, the same has motivated the wastage of time more in posting rather
than doing the actual work, an Individual is more interested in what’s trending rather than what
is really need to be fixed, that way the large part of the work that must be addressed or fixed
isn’t taken care of. Is it really what the simple means of life was predicted with the development
of Social Networking, The present scenario seniors wants the official copy o the records to be
delivered on WHATSAPP, the subordinates are forwarding or stating there leave on
WHATSAPP, if this peak informality is taken in case of work the real aim of being
professionalism is said to being compromised in the present scenario. Social Networking
through formal channels of E-mails was fine for convenience but the evolvement of Face-book
like apps in the present scenario is nothing but just wastage of time, hindrance with the privacy
and removal of desired titles and barriers and if this way the things keep on growing its going
to be difficult for the Professional circle to exist with their own norms and protocols and soon
there is going to be setback where the time saving resources will be the one consuming the
time.

The Modern Era of world speaks of Posting before doing, and fascinates every person in this
world to work with the social network and the present scenario suggests that whether It be
personal or professional, achievement or failure everything goes on the Social Web to let know
the Social circle created virtually with the help of Social Networking Agencies. This study
surely talks about the influence of it on the effects on the professional life’s of people and the
professional circle.
Social Network are basically a virtual space created where users (who can be individual,
companies, enterprises etc.) can interact or find people with similar interests and of the same
social circle. Social Network has its different forms in types of mobile applications, websites
and other virtual products. Social Networking has recently been the best platform to stay
connected with your colleagues, friends and other people around who we can’t reach in the
present busy world.
Networking demands that you test your ideas, hone your ability to communicate and improve
your executive presence. Networking is a full-time job and the more time you dedicate to it –
the more you will learn what works for you and against you. The more you procrastinate, the
more you will find yourself disconnected from the opportunities that may potentially advance
your career or allow you to meet the right people. Procrastination will take you back a few
steps and you will lose the competitive edge that comes with meeting new people, gathering
knowledge, and observing others that have mastered networking.1
Social Networking draws its root from the good old times, where the bulletins and the
newspapers, magazines personal reference were used as a key to keep the social interaction and
the network ready for update in real life, All these were the true forms where the people of
similar interest wanted to share something. But as the Development of IT (Information
Technology) took place the need for these reduced and the self helping platforms were build.
Undoubtedly the internet space or the cyber space created are network are brilliant and easy to
use but Undoubtedly Time Saving, For CEO of Multinational it is difficult to analyze as to
what happens to the products’ market impression with this evolvement the time level is reduced
and instant results can be taken in.

Though with the help of Social Networking the world has metaphorically became smaller just
by click you are near one person you want to be. This has highly impacted the Professional
Life’s of Individual Applications like Linked-IN, Internshala and other professional
applications have made the life of normal professionals easy it has raised a platform where one
can find the Jobs, trends in Jobs, potential clients and a lot more information about the working
market.
Though like any other thing the social networking in the area of professional shares its merits
and de-merits and influence the Individual Accordingly. There are like million ways an
individual personality is influenced, its upon the individual what it carries from the Social
Network. The Social Network has a plenty of different field masters constantly bragging,
preaching about and such thing has an immediate effects on the professional life of an
individual. For instance the Linked-IN is kind of Social Network where different professionals
and companies keep on updating about there coming up products, Vacancies and what not,
even leaving this merit aside the new workforce i.e. the young generations is a Social
Networking experts so it creates a base and gives them an advantage over the obsolete people
in the market.
Social media has had a profound effect on recruitment and hiring. 19 percent of hiring managers
make their hiring decisions based on information found on social media. According
to CareerBuilder's 2016 social media recruitment survey, 60 percent of employers use social
networking sites to research job candidates.2
While Social network is all about what your Competitors are doing as well as what your
colleagues are achieving this helps get a better and updated view of the Market place where the
Individual keeps on learning, but it must be made very clear that all that is available of the
social space doesn’t needs to be true, Company’s promoting an instant big growths msut be
looked carefully because this is where the manipulation and stipulation is done. Also the Social
Networks like Twitter and Linked-IN keeps the personnel all the time ready for the Professional
Services updation and reaction to such amendments. But sometimes these are just the vague
information or the rumors which are more promptly taken as a serious challenge, therefore the
information must be from the guarded source. Most Professionals love to connect to different
sets of people in order to keep exploring the new ideas and what the obsolete is decaying such

While these Social Network provide you with ideas they also help you to assess the present
standing of The Individual in order with the competition in the professional world and also this
keeps the Personnel of that Individual dynamically ready to explored different areas of work,
this works as a key motivation.
As we see the world now there is hardly any space for the ordinary in the professional world
everyone’s just getting there extra ordinary skills out to just learn perform and most importantly
earn. With Social Networking there is better chances of getting to people who were out of the
approach of a smaller being and such people respond to some of the pecuniary and important
questions and queries. Although the biggest demerit of the Social Networking in the
Professional life is nothing is just between the four walls, all the humiliation, private work is
all displayed on the walls for the sake of development of portfolio of personnel.
Misna Sameer talks about the privacy: “Another aspect is the loss of private space. For
today’s generation, things that were considered personal a generation before, are all public.
Status updates, wall post and tweets yell about every move we make, every step we take and
every relation we make or break. We are ourselves violating the sanctity of our personal space
in an attempt to keep up with the current fad of publicizing intimate details of our lives for a
few minutes of attention among a few hundred people in the virtual world. How healthy a trend
is this – is something to ponder over.”3
Moreover not only just the private space of a professional is hinder but also the time they spend
on the Social Networking also is a big hurdle in the process of working, the present scenario
states that a person working is always available on the Social network which some or the other
way hinders the smart work an individual could perform out of his potential can work out, such
work suffers because of the use of Social Network, the sense of jealousy from the peer earning
high or living high life style such brutal emotions come in the way of the Social Animal so
socially active on social network, Many physiatrists believe that social media is a single most
factor causing depression and anxiety in people. It is also a cause of poor mental growth in
children. Increased use of social media can lead to poor sleeping patterns. There are many other
negative effects like cyber bullying, body image issues etc. as well. There is an increased ‘Fear
of Missing out’ (FOMO) at an all-time high in youth because of social media.4 Also the Perk

of no title communication sometimes comes in the way, the social platform leads the employee
at the lower level to see into what his Boss is into it and sometimes one or the other way creates
conflict, with the development of Social Networking most of the Professional Ethics and
culture have been hindered, there is just a text message from the Junior to the Senior stating
that he is on leave from where the point of asking changes intimating, undoubtedly this reduces
the time invested in it and the red tapism but somewhere the long learn work ethics are hindered
too. This is not where the Professional world was supposed to get, the leniency in ethics and
principles, the reduction in the respect for seniors is not where the growing world should go,
we argue the equality not equals equality comes with treating everyone equal as per the cadre.
Social Networking of Professionals in excess can contribute to the development of heart disease
and diabetes Technically the real problem is the amount of time you spend sitting at your
computer, but given that social media is one of the most popular activities on the web, you’ve
got good cause to be worried. Just two hours a day sitting in front of the computer increases
your risk of developing type 2 diabetes by 20%, and your risk of getting heart disease by 15%.5
The Increasing rates of Heart attacks at the age of 35-50 is somewhere because of the high use
of Social Networking and such thing has highly depleted the quality life’s of professional
people.
Though the Social Networking indisputably outgrown the performance rates of the
Professionals also they have added on to the Market and economic development in the Country
but the influence it has on the Professionals is quite big in amount of suffering the person is
continuously racing and not stopping, maybe that is good in the short run but in the long run
intervals are necessary a peer where you can have the emotions well established is necessary
the Professional must learn to take time out of there Social Network and also learn that Social
network was built as a boon to save time resources and develop not to get indulge in order ot
let suffer the health, career and other Important Components of Life.

Conclusion
The above study is clear as to what social Network is and how it has impacted the Professional
life of the Individual, Not that the research only argues about the Negative aspect it has very
well listed the positive benefits derived by the Professionals, all it suggests is that the Limited
use of the Social Networking in the professional life is a best way to stay fit and strong and
move towards the real development we were aiming with the advancement of the Social
Network. Although the Research has appreciated the efforts of development of Application
like Linked-In where the potential employees can seek jobs, the companies can have an
overview of the performance track of the said personnel, but the excessive use of applications
like Whatsapp, Facebook and others is just creating the vague competition and the reasons for
major anxiety and depression related health problems is this, therefore such thing is also
highlighted through the means of this Research Project.

Suggestion
There are list of measures which can be suggested and implemented to delete the negative
influence or impact of Social Network having on Professional Individual. The filtration as to
what is to be viewed at the social platform or what is to be shared in the Professional circle is
important, also the work ethics of an Individual along with the respect for Seniority must be
followed at the Social Networking Platform. Social Networking is about being connected to
the organization and pace up the work process and seek the better opportunities in the
surroundings and explore and hit them with proper chain of working, this way the major
purpose of establishing the Social Networking in the Professional Circle will be established,
also the reduction in the posting of personal life information in the Social Network area build
for Professional circle if reduced might bring the lost Purpose towards the attainment of the
aim.
