MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE MEMBERS OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE (EXECOM), LEON,
ILOILO HELD AT THE ABC HALL, LEON, ILOILO ON THE 16TH DAY OF JULY, 2019.

The meeting started at 9:a.m. with a prayer led by Mrs. Lolita M. Calagsing, Principal, Leon Holy Family Learning
Center.

The meeting was initially called to order by Atty. Glenn C. Cababa-an, SB Secretary, as Temporary
Presiding Officer. The Temporary Presiding Officer declared a quorum and recognized the presence of Hon.
Mayor, Vice mayor and Hon. Sangguniang Bayan Members present.

Hon. Wilane S. Calfoforo as the Chairman of Committee on Socio Cultural gave her message and after
that, Municipal Mayor Ma. Lina Cabana Holipas also expressed her full support to Socio Cultural Programs and
appealed for the support of the members of the Executive Committee.

Mr. Fabian H. Capaciete presented the proposed Handuraw 2019 program, logo, activities and the theme
to the body through slide show presentation. It was agreed that the color of the shirt is army green and this year’s
Theme: # We Rise and it was also agreed to have a boodle fight after the Opening Program on August 27, 2019
at 3 p.m.

The following are the schedule of activities as presented by Mr. Fabian H. Capaciete which was
consequently approved by the body, to wit:

Mrs. Anecita Caguimbal, president of Leon Retired Teachers moved for the approval of the whole
program of Handuraw 2019 as presented by Mr. Capaciete and it was unanimously approved.

Hon. Vice Mayor Rey V. Capaque gave his Closing Statement and the meeting was adjourned at 11:40
a.m.
