Dear Sir,

As per the provisions cited above, we intend to deposit the amount of Rs.32,500/-
towards cess for the work executed at Kurnool FTTX work in respect of our invoice
no.RC/005/2019-2020 and RC/006/2019-2020 dated 12.11.2019 vide work order
no.P01/550010223 dated 13.04.2019 issued to us by M/s. Reliance Corporate IT Park
Ltd, Building No. 4, 5, TTC, Industrial Area, thane, Belapur Road, Ghansoli, Navi
Mumbai.

The details of the DD are as under:-

Challan No:S54823937 dated of Rs.32,500/-drawn on Andhra Bank in favor of The AP


Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.
