Job Title
Senior Management Trainee-Finance Consultant
Job Location
Noida
Roles & Responsibility
The focus areas would cover the following depending on the team to which one is assigned:
Global Business Operations/ Contract Management
Supporting PL – Consolidation, Actuals, Forecast, Budget, Variance analysis
Business reporting
Supporting Accounts- Billing, Cost and Profitability of accounts
Monitor and control overheads
Project Capex/Opex Monitoring and Control
Operational Reviews, tracking and monitoring PIP
Billing Control - Unaccrued Revenue (UAR), Unbilled Revenue (UBR), ARC/RRC, Inventory Billing
Monitoring and related Revenue assurance.
Effective P/L Management, Control & its Analysis: Project and customer level profitability
analysis. Also required FPP Monitoring, Lease Accounting and Project related cost tracking and its
control against budget
Management Reporting (MIS) to Business and other internal stakeholders with accuracy and
within defined timelines
Other adhoc reporting
Pricing
Develop competitive pricing strategies within defined margins threshold for the company
Serve as primary interface for pricing and analytics between the entire finance organization
(Taxation, FP&A, Administration, Revenue Assurance, etc.) to the rest of the Organization
Direct presentation of pricing strategies before Business Leaders and other Senior Executives in
preparation of requisite financial documentation for implementation of pricing decisions
Work with World Class Sourcing Advisors to structure deal commercials
Access to S&P Capital IQ database to pre-assess the quality of Customers to enable taking long
term positions on return on investments
Access to in house developed play books and best in class benchmarks to enable market
understanding, customer conversations and self-development
Ensure creation and timely upkeep of Standard Operating Procedures for pricing development
Others
Ensure Timely Closure of Billing as per the monthly close calendar
Timely and Accurate Payroll processing
Deploy Benchmarks, Best practices to achieve Best in Class processes
Payment to Vendors on time. Enable end to end visibility of Procure to Pay cycle to stakeholders
Support the Tax team in timely payment and filing of returns
Timely and accurate capitalization of Fixed Assets
M&A Integration
Qualification & Experience (if required)
MBA/ PGDM (Finance)
