The document discusses a teacher's responses to questions about teaching mathematics. The teacher explains that they initially provided notes to students for the first term but stopped due to personal busyness and lack of internet connectivity at school. The teacher comes fully prepared for classes and uses notes to introduce topics like algebra and statistics. They believe understanding concepts is more important than memorizing rules and formulas for students. While the teacher has not done creative activities yet, they plan to make models using math principles. The best way to teach math is through understanding uses in daily life rather than just rules according to the teacher. They request a space to store math tools so materials are easy to find when needed.

1) yes, I did till first term.

2) After first term, I didn’t do so because of these reasons: i) My own busyness ii) No network
connectivity at school
3) Yes, I come fully prepared for my classes.
4) Yes , I do. Mainly, I use it for introduction to some chapters like algebra, probability, geometry,
statistics etc
5) I don’t think handsout or notes of maths are not necessary for students. I believe making them
understand the concept to topic is more important than mating them familiar with rules and
formulas.
6) I have not done such creativity enhancing activities, yet. However, I am planning to prepare
materials of daily uses like; Clinometer, measuring tape, models of solid figures like prism,
pyramid using maths formulas and principles.
7) The best way to teach mathematics according to me is to make students understand the use of
certain mathematical task in our daily lives and its overall concept rather than familiarizing
them with rules and formulas.
8) For me, if possible, please manage a space to place all mathematics related tools so that I or my
students donot have to search for those materials when needed.
