INFORMATION

The undersigned Inquest Prosecutor, City of Kabankalan, Negros


Occidental, accuses EDMUND CRUZ y RIVERA(detained) of the crime
of Murder (Under Article 248 of the Revised Penal Code), committed as
follows:

That on or about February 14, 2019, in the City of Kabankalan,


Province of Negros Occidental, Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of
this Honorable Court, the above-named accused, armed with a double bladed
knife, with treachery and intent to kill, did, then and there willfully,
unlawfully and feloniously attack, assault, and stab CHARLES GO y
VILLAFLOR, thereby inflicting injuries upon the body of the said victim
which caused his death, to the damages and prejudice of his heirs.

CONTRARY TO LAW.
