classicism and romanticism can be
seen through various artworks such
as paintings, sculptures, and
architectural structures. Some of the
well known contributing artist express
their skills and ideas on their own
respective field of specialization.

Felix Hidalgo was acknowledged
as one of the great Filipino painter
of the late 19th century and also
as a significant to the Philippine
history for having been an
acquaintance and inspiration for
the members of the Philippine
