COMMODITY : STEAM COAL in Bulk.


QUANTITY : 50,000 MT (+10%) Geared and Grabbed Vessel
SURVEYOR : PT Anindya / CCIC / LEON / IOL (Inspectorate). COW
& COA at load port will be final & binding for buyer
and seller.
LOADING POINT : Taboneo in South Kalimantan, Indonesia
LOADING RATE : 8,000 MT/Day PWWD SHINC with 4 X 12 CBM grabs
LAYCAN : 1H Jan 2020 (Exact Laycan to be agreed at time of
Signing Contract)
PAYMENT : 100% LC at sight by International Prime Bank upon
documents presentation. L/C to be established 10
days before 1st day of laycan
VALIDITY : Subject Unsold and Subject to Reconfirmation by
Contract Seller
OTHER TERMS : On mutually agreeable basis. Third Party Documents
acceptable. Singapore arbitration will be applicable in
the contract. Bonus & Penalty applicable on GAR
only.
