AFFIDAVIT

I, Mr. Sunil margale, S/o Mr. Raju Margale, r/o Gosavi vasti, ram
nagar, nda road, near mahalaxmi mandir, warje malwadi and driving license number MH1220150011237,
Registered with the PUNE RTO on (07-04-2015), currently driving two-wheeler with registration number
MH12GJ4283(“SPLENDOR PRO”), do hereby state and affirm under oath, thefollowing:

1. I am using the Vehicle of Mr. VITTAL GANJAVE on 20-11-2019, having his address at
VIKHALE SATARA
2. I state that I have been driving the said Vehicle since 20-11-2019.
3. I state that Mr. VITTAL GANJAVE has permitted me to drive the Vehicle and will have
no objection to the Vehicle being on-boarded with the UberApp.
4. I state that I am legally allowed to drive the said Vehicle under the Motor Vehicles Act,
1988 including the applicable StateRules.
5. I state that I have all the requisite permissions/approval(s) required to drive the said
Vehicle and should any person(s) raise any objection(s) regarding the same, I shall be
solely responsible and take all consequential liability uponmyself.
6. At no point shall Uber B.V. (“Uber BV”) or Uber India Systems Private Limited (“Uber
India”) or any of the affiliates of Uber BV and Uber India be liable, if I have failed to
seek/maintain the requisite permissions/approval(s) under applicablelaw.
7. I further state that Uber BV and/or Uber India and their affiliates shall not be liable for any
actions or legal proceedings initiated by Mr. VITTAL GANJAVE for use of the Vehicle by
me, including on-boarding , ,acceptance of trips and delivery of orders using the
UberApp.
8. At no point shall Uber BV or Uber India or any of the affiliates of Uber BV and Uber India
be liable, should the Vehicle not be under my possession and is transferred to another
person(s);
9. I state that in the event I am called upon to disclose and submit all relevant document(s)
to ascertain the ownership/possession of this bike by Uber or otherwise by any law
enforcement authority, I shall immediately do so without anyobjections.
