AFFIDAVIT
I, Varun Raheja son of Shri V.K. Raheja resident of 146, South
Park Apartments, B-Block Kalkaji, New Delhi-110019 do hereby
solemnly affirm and declare as under:-
1. That I have sold my Vehicle Toyota H2-MMC bearing its
registration number DL3CAM1573, Chasis No. ZZE122-
6828631, Engine No. 1ZZ 2473184, to Shri Rohit son of Shri
Mulkh Raj resident of 18, Shree Bhagwan Colony,
Fatehabad,, Haryana-125050 and having UID No. 3193 8009
2601.
2. That I have received full & final payment of the above-said
vehicle from the said purchaser.
3. That I shall be responsible for all Challan, Accident, taxes,
case, etc. till the date of sale i.e. __________ (Time – AM/PM) of
__________ (vehicle sold date).
4. That I have no objection if the above-said vehicle may be
transferred in the name of the said purchaser.

I, Rohit son of Shri Mulkh Raj resident of 18, Shree
Bhagwan Colony, Fatehabad,, Haryana-125050, do hereby
solemnly affirm and declare as under:-
1. That I purchased a Vehicle Toyota H2-MMC bearing its
registration number DL3CAM1573, Chasis No. ZZE122-
6828631, Engine No. 1ZZ 2473184, from Varun Raheja son of
Shri V.K. Raheja resident of 146, South Park Apartments,
B-Block Kalkaji, New Delhi-110019 and received the full and
final sale consideration amount of Rs. __________/- (Rupees
_____________________only).
2. That I have delivered the said vehicle on dated __________ at
New Delhi, alongwith original documents of ownership.
3. That I have no objection of the aforesaid purchaser transfer
the said vehicle in his own name in the records of Transport
Department.
4. That I hereby declare that I shall be liable and responsible for
any traffic challan, theft, road accident, Court cases or
misuse of the said vehicle, etc. after the date of delivery of the
said vehicle and thereafter the purchaser shall be fully
responsible for all acts and omission relating to the said
vehicle.
