CANCELLATION OF WARRANT

MAY IT PLEASE YOUR HONOUR

The accused hereinbefore beg to state as under –

1. That on the last date of hearing, i.e on _______ I could not remain
present because due to misunderstanding of dates.
2. That this Hon’ble Court was therefore, constrained to issue a non
bailable warrant against me.
3. That the absence of the accused was neither intentional nor
deliberate and has resulted due to the aforesaid circumstance.
4. Accused / Applicant undertakes that I will be very punctual in
future dates of hearing.
5. I, therefore, most humbly, pray that I may be pardoned for my
said absence and the said warrant be cancelled. I further say that
Hon’ble Court may in its discretion impose a reasonable cost upon
me for this.

It is, therefor prayed that this Hon’ble court may be pleased to recall
and cancel the warrant issued against the accused in the interest of
justice and equity.
