1. That the aforesaid case is pending disposal before this Hon'ble Court and
is fixed for hearing today i.e. 18.01.2011.

2. That the applicant/ accused is in Judicial Custody in case FIR No.43/97


U/s 324 IPC P.S. Nangloi since 24.12.2010.

3. That the necessary directions may be given to the Jail Superintendent,


Tihar Jail No.5, New Delhi to produce the applicant/ accused in the
present case today, hence this application.

It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be
pleased to issue the necessary direction to the Jail Superintendent, Tihar Jail No.5,
New Delhi to produce the applicant/ accused in the present case today, in view of the
facts and circumstances as mentioned above, in the interest of justice.
