NARAINA.

Sir/Madam,

This is most respectfully submitted as under: -

1. That the applicant in the present matter, respectfully

submit the following application for the release of my

personal belongings, which were seized by the Police at

the time of arrest and during the Jama Talashi. The


seized items are currently in possession of Police Station

Naraina.

2. That the items in question are as follows:

a. Purse- color brown along with ATM card Union Bank,

Bank of Baroda Atm card, credit card (Two) issued by

HDFC Bank. Aadhar card, Pan Card, Driving License

and Rupees 240/-, address D-31, Janakpuri

Sahibabad, Shalimar Garden, Ghaziabad, Uttar

Pradesh.

b. Mobile Phone Model Vivo Y-16 containing dual sim

card with mobile no Airtel prepaid (1) 8527646497 &

(2) 8882866938 both numbers are provided by Airtel

prepaid.

3. That the above mentioned items are essential for my

personal and professional use, and I have complied with

all legal requirements thus far. I am prepared to abide

by any further conditions of procedures as directed by

this Hon’ble court for the release of these items.

Prayer
I therefore, pray before this Hon’ble Court to kindly

issue appropriate orders to the concerned police

authorities for the release of my mobile phone, purse and

other documents.

I shall remain grateful for your kind consideration.
