2 Vendor shall provide gas conditioning system to treat COMPANY fuel gas composition (attachment-1) into package fuel gas specification,
which is complete with overpressure protection system which comply to API 14C. The fuel gas treatment and associated protection device
shall be rated to 150# ANSI rating class
3 Vendor shall confirm and warrant maximum and minimum rated continuos power at site ambient temperature and site available fuel gas
characteristic
4 Vendor shall advice output power rating for new condition and identify ageing factor after 20 year usage
5 Vendor shall take into consideration losses power up to downstream connected load and warrant minimum continuous power 80 watt at
95oF(35oC)
6 Thermoelectric Generator shall be designed for continuous operation with minimal maintenance or human intervention, required
maintenance intervals and duration shall be indentified in Vendor documentation
7 Vendor shall ensure that external surface enclosure ThEG package temperature not exceed 140Of (60Oc) in any condition
8 Vendor shall ensure reliability and rating of each component inside distribution board cause of explosion proof type distribution board will
derate their capacity
9 Vendor shall provide engineering calculation in regard selecting of each equipment such as on load fuse isolator, incomer MCB, etc for
COMPANY approval
10 Voltage Regulator / DC to FC converter shall having minimum 90% efficiency, EMI according to IEC 61000 Class A, and having minimum MTBF
